Battle & Birdie is a premium, adult-first entertainment bar — cinematic laser tag, neon-lit mini golf, and an arcade built for nightlife. It launched into a market that defaults to discount-driven family entertainment, on a bet that people would pay more for a sharper experience. They did.

The approach
Build the audience
We treated the audience as the first product. Before construction finished, a pre-launch capture campaign grew an email list of 11,000 — so opening day met demand that already existed instead of waiting to manufacture it.

Sell before it's built
A venue that doesn't exist yet can't be photographed, so we rendered it in 4K first. High-fidelity visuals let us market the experience months ahead of opening — and, just as deliberately, set the expectation. This was a premium night out, not a discount family stop. We ran it where a visual product sells itself, Instagram and TikTok, and the production quality was the positioning: it priced the brand before we ever named a price.
